Welcome to the Q9 blog! We are excited to have you join us on our journey. Currently we are in the final stages of preparing for our trips.
This year marks the ninth year of Quest. This is the eighth year a team has traveled to the DR and the second year a team has traveled to SA. More than 115 students have participated in Quest. This year's team represents 12 congregations.
A few reminders; the two Quest teams will be traveling and bloging at the same time and their messages will be blended. Each group will write a blog when they have the opportunity but this is not always a daily possibility. We hope to describe people we meet, places we visit, things we do and the impact of our experience. Obviously, a short blog will not express the depth of each day so we look forward to sharing with you when we return.

About Me
- Quest...
- is a leadership development experience for high school juniors. Students join together from across New England to form a ministry team. The experience is designed to deepen student's spiritual walk through discovering spiritual gifts, sharing faith stories, and developing an understanding of servant leadership. The three-phase experience concludes with a 10-day mission trip. One team travels to the Dominican Republic another to South Africa.

Kevin & Ashley - Sorry I didn't get to speak to you prior to your departure. Know that i will be praying for you and the quest team as you serve in SA and the DR. Can't wait to hear about your trip and what the Lord is doing.

SA team, i am prying that your trip isn't delayed by the snow and ice we are having!!! I wish i was with ya'll!!!
Make sure ya'll keep Susie and Ben in line. (it may be hard at times)
Make sure that you always remember why you are there. Be strong in the Lord, and he will guide you. Most importantly have a blast serving the Almighty!!!!
